dues are $70/month ($230 per month for town homes), which includes all amenities (private
pool, clubhouse, weight room and picnic area), as well as snow plowing of all community roads
in the winter. Located near the center of town, Mill Woods is just a short drive from shopping,
restaurants, banking, and other services. Water is delivered by Calaveras County Water District
and waste disposal is handled by a community septic system.
