Meadowmont HOA Real Estate

The Meadowmont subdivision spans both sides of Highway 4 and its outermost area borders
Stanislaus National Forest lands and the Arnold Rim Trailhead. Other parts of Meadowmont are
much closer to town and offer short walks to grocery stores, shops and other services, including
Mark Twain Medical Center. Nearby recreation includes Bear Valley Ski Resort, Calaveras Big
Trees State Park, and of course, plentiful trails and land for hiking, backpacking and camping.
The Meadowmont Property Owners Association (MPOA) is mandatory, but dues are only
$24/year and cover the cost of a quarterly newsletter, snow removal, and an organized 4 th of
July picnic. Since there are no MPOA recreational areas in the community, homeowners often
choose to join nearby Sequoia Woods Country Club, which offers a new gym, swimming facility
and full golf membership. newsletter, snow removal and 4th of July picnic. The subdivision is
served by Calaveras County Water District and most lots are on septic systems.
